Do you want to create a custom patch? Discover our way of working.
1. Dimensions and an image
We need to know the dimensions of the patch and receive an image of your idea.
To create the patch we need a vector file. If there is no vector file to start, please contact us. We will assist in creating the patch with the correct specifications. If the logo/image exists in a vector we can start creating the patch.
2. Material
Our patches are made with different materials. We use 500D Cordura nylon, 500D Polyester, IR reflecting material, glow in the dark, …
To create the best product possible choosing the correct material is important. Every material has different characteristics and can be implemented in the patch as needed.
3. Contact us
If you have made your choice in design, dimensions and material send us an e-mail or contact us true our social media channels.
After we receive your request we can evaluate the feasibility of your idea. We get in touch and make sure we have all the information to start the design process.
4. Design process
Our idea needs to be converted in to a vector file. After the design is completed and is approved by the client we start on our production models.
After this is completed we are ready to start production
5. Production
All the parts needed to complete the patch get cut and we work our magic to create a product of the highest standards.
After the construction of the patch we complete the production with come high strength Velcro and quality stitching.
After production we have our final quality control and the patch is ready.
6. Delivery
The patches are ready and we start preparing for shipping to the customer.
The patches will ship after the payment is completed. After shipping the tracking info will be provided to the customer.
